This week, our teams assembled and lifted six evaporators within a skid frame specially designed for one of our partners.
A key stage in the project, requiring precision, coordination and technical expertise in both preparation and execution.
A major technical operation
The whole, which is now more than 4.50 metres wide and 3.50 metres long, represents a real challenge in terms of integration.
The installation of six evaporators in this framework required rigorous design and close coordination between our designers, engineers and CASTEL CT’s technical teams.
A collaborative approach right through to final assembly
Once this phase is complete, the skid will be assembled at CASTEL CT before being transported in one piece to its final operating site. This methodology ensures that deadlines are met, limits on-site interventions, and guarantees a high level of overall quality.
This project fully demonstrates our engineering expertise, our ability to manage complex projects, and the importance of collaboration between partners in successfully completing ambitious industrial operations.
