We recently completed the commissioning of a large-capacity evaporation unit in Mexico, dedicated to the advanced treatment of industrial wastewater.
This major project illustrates both FE’s technical expertise and our commitment to responsible industrial solutions that are adapted to today’s environmental challenges. 🇲🇽
A combination of technologies for reliability
The installation is based on a combined technological architecture designed to ensure continuous and reliable operation, even with complex effluents:
This configuration optimizes the treatment process while ensuring high operational stability, regardless of variations in load or effluent composition.
A high-performance, fully automated unit
Fully automated, the unit operates independently in terms of energy thanks to mechanical vapor recompression. It achieves a capacity of 36 tons of evaporation per hour without the need for an external energy source, demonstrating the efficiency of the process used.
Over the course of a year, 350,000 tons of industrial wastewater will be treated, equivalent to 130 Olympic swimming pools. This capacity enables a significant reduction in volumes and optimized water recovery, directly contributing to controlling the site’s environmental impact.
Expertise deployed internationally
This project demonstrates our ability to design and deploy large-scale facilities, while supporting our international partners in their effluent treatment and environmental control objectives.
It demonstrates FE’s commitment to offering robust, reliable solutions tailored to industrial requirements, promoting more responsible resource management. 🌱
