Our team recently completed the commissioning of two Flash Cooling evaporation units at the Circuit Foil site. These units, delivered as bulk material, were designed to operate under high vacuum, enabling optimal material processing while reducing energy consumption and maximizing productivity.
A customized installation adapted to the site’s constraints
Each unit was carefully designed to adapt to the specific constraints of the factory. This involved customizing the configuration of the equipment and piping to ensure optimal and safe operation within the available space. The PLC logic, developed by our team, was then integrated directly by Circuit Foil, ensuring perfect coordination between the equipment and process control.
