100% electric concentration unit

A new milestone in the sustainable recovery of effluent: our 100% electric concentration unit is on its way to Finland!

It’s a source of great pride for our teams: our latest 100% electric containerized concentration unit is now finalized and ready to move to its operating site in Finland. Designed to process digestate from anaerobic digestion, this plant embodies a new generation of industrial solutions, combining environmental performance, energy efficiency and ease of use.

A clear objective: to transform waste into a resource

Digestate is the co-product of anaerobic digestion, rich in nutrients (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium – NPK) but still too often under-exploited. Our unit’s mission is to concentrate these essential elements in order to fully exploit them as an amendment or fertilizer, while separating ultra-pure water that can be directly discharged into the environment.

100% electric, fossil-free technology

At the heart of our approach: an all-electric design and zero reliance on fossil fuels. The system intelligently combines two cutting-edge technologies:

  • Mechanical vapor Recompression (MVR): recovers heat from the process and re-injects it into the treatment cycle.
  • High-performance heat pumps: they ensure optimum energy efficiency by making the most of available thermal energy.

A containerized, ready-to-use solution

Thanks to this circular architecture, the unit manages to recycle almost all the energy used, thus drastically reducing the carbon footprint of the treatment process.

Another major advantage is that our unit is entirely containerized. This means that it is delivered ready to use, without the need for a specific building or infrastructure on the customer’s site. This modularity offers many advantages 🚛 :

  • Quick installation,
  • Reduced civil engineering costs,
  • Flexible deployment on different sites or operations.

A concrete response to the challenges of the circular economy

By concentrating the agronomic value of digestate while generating clean water, our technology closes the loop on organic effluent recovery. It is fully in line with the logic of a circular economy, at the service of more sustainable agriculture and optimized resource management.

This new unit on its way to Finland embodies our vision: to offer concrete, ecologically responsible and technically advanced solutions to support the transition to energy and agriculture.
