Ce projet s\u2019inscrit dans une relation de confiance construite depuis pr\u00e8s de dix ans autour d\u2019un objectif commun : optimiser le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.evaporation.fr\/expertise-approche-globale-problematiques-industries-secteur\/traitement-digestat-lisiers-valorisation-concentration\/\">traitement des effluents <\/a>tout en r\u00e9duisant l\u2019empreinte environnementale de l\u2019industrie sid\u00e9rurgique.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">An initial structuring project starting in 2016<\/h3>\n\n<p>D\u00e8s 2016, FE by France Evaporation a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une premi\u00e8re installation qui a permis de r\u00e9duire significativement le volume des \u00e9mulsions huileuses, un d\u00e9chet liquide directement issu de la production d\u2019acier. Cette solution a marqu\u00e9 une avanc\u00e9e majeure en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9duction des volumes \u00e0 traiter et de performance environnementale.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A new project to support industrial development<\/h3>\n\n<p>Avec la cr\u00e9ation de nouvelles lignes de production d\u2019acier \u00e9lectrique, ArcelorMittal a d\u00fb faire face \u00e0 une augmentation des volumes d\u2019effluents \u00e0 traiter. Dans ce contexte, le groupe a de nouveau sollicit\u00e9 l\u2019expertise de FE by France Evaporation afin de concevoir une solution capable de :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>r\u00e9duire significativement les co\u00fbts de traitement,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>augmenter la capacit\u00e9 de traitement des effluents,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>favoriser la r\u00e9utilisation des ressources au sein du site industriel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette installation, les \u00e9quipes r\u00e9int\u00e8grent directement les condensats produits dans les circuits internes de l\u2019usine, ce qui permet de limiter le recours \u00e0 des ressources externes.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">High-performance technology for decarbonization<\/h3>\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa technologie de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.evaporation.fr\/technologies-expertise-industrie-evaporation-cristallisation-distillation-decarbonation\/evaporation-concentration-reduction\/evaporation-a-flot-tombant\/\">flot tombant<\/a> par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.evaporation.fr\/expertise-approche-globale-problematiques-industries-secteur\/electrification-procedes-economie-energie-decarbonation\/compression-mecanique-vapeur-cmv-reduction-empreinte-carbone-economies-energie\/\">Compression M\u00e9canique de Vapeur (CMV)<\/a>, FE by France Evaporation permet d\u00e9sormais de traiter 25 000 tonnes suppl\u00e9mentaires d\u2019effluents par an. L\u2019installation divise ainsi les volumes par 30 et g\u00e9n\u00e8re un impact environnemental concret, avec une \u00e9conomie estim\u00e9e \u00e0 4 000 tonnes de CO\u2082 par an.<\/p>\n\n<p>Cette performance d\u00e9montre la capacit\u00e9 des technologies FE by France Evaporation \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux enjeux industriels tout en contribuant activement aux objectifs de d\u00e9carbonation et d\u2019industrie durable.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A sustainable collaboration focused on the future<\/h3>\n\n<p>We would like to express our sincere thanks to ArcelorMittal for the trust they have placed in FE by France Evaporation for nearly a decade.
