This milestone marks a major turning point in the implementation of an innovative energy solution designed to support <a href=\"http:\/\/evaporation.fr\/expertise-approche-globale-problematiques-industries-secteur\/\">industry <\/a>in its transition to more virtuous and efficient processes. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Meticulous technical preparation<\/h2>\n\n<p>Our teams are currently finalizing preparations for the various pieces of equipment before they are deployed on site. This advance work is essential to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the system once it is installed. <\/p>\n\n<p>This Tuesday, an important milestone was reached with the inspection of the vapor recovery pipe, carried out at our long-standing partner CASTEL CT.<br\/>This duct, with a diameter of DN 700 and a length of 50 meters, is designed to recover 16 tons of vapors per hour from an industrial drying process. These vapors represent a valuable source of energy, which will be at the heart of the energy recovery process that has been put in place. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">High-performance energy recovery<\/h2>\n\n<p>The recovered steam will then be directed to our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.evaporation.fr\/en\/industries\/decarbonization\/high-temperature-heat-pump\/\">High Temperature Heat Pump (HTHP)<\/a>, an advanced technology that produces saturated steam at 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.evaporation.fr\/en\/industries\/decarbonization\/high-temperature-heat-pump\/\">HTHP<\/a> is equipped with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.evaporation.fr\/en\/industries\/decarbonization\/mechanical-vapour-compression-mvc-mvr-2\/\">Mechanical Vapor Recompressors (MVR)<\/a>, which amplify the energy contained in the vapors so that it can be reinjected into the process.<br\/>Thanks to this system, manufacturers will be able to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list fe-list-decorated\">\n<li>Replace 100% of its fossil-based thermal energy, particularly the gas used in dryers,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cut energy consumption by more than three times,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drastically reduce CO\u2082 emissions by relying on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.evaporation.fr\/en\/industries\/decarbonization\/\">carbon-free<\/a> electrical energy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>This project is fully in line with the current drive to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.evaporation.fr\/en\/industries\/decarbonization\/\">decarbonize industrial processes<\/a>, a major challenge for the competitiveness and environmental transition of production sites.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Close and committed collaboration<\/h2>\n\n<p>We would like to extend our warmest thanks to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list fe-list-decorated\">\n<li>Our client, for their trust and vision aligned with energy transformation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our partners, including CASTEL CT, for the quality of technical and industrial cooperation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our teams, for their expertise, high standards, and daily commitment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>This project once again demonstrates our ability to design, adapt, and deploy tailor-made solutions that meet specific industrial needs.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What&#8217;s next? On-site installation <\/h2>\n\n<p>Over the coming weeks, all of the equipment will be delivered and installed on site, marking the start of the construction phase.
