Designed to process digestate from anaerobic digestion, this plant embodies a new generation of industrial solutions, combining environmental performance, energy efficiency and ease of use. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A clear objective: to transform waste into a resource<\/h3>\n\n<p>Digestate is the co-product of anaerobic digestion, rich in nutrients (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium &#8211; NPK) but still too often under-exploited. Our unit&#8217;s mission is to concentrate these essential elements in order to fully exploit them as an amendment or fertilizer, while separating ultra-pure water that can be directly discharged into the environment. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">100% electric, fossil-free technology<\/h3>\n\n<p>At the heart of our approach: an all-electric design and zero reliance on fossil fuels. The system intelligently combines two cutting-edge technologies: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list fe-list-decorated\">\n<li class=\"fe-list-decorated\">Mechanical vapor Recompression (MVR): recovers heat from the process and re-injects it into the treatment cycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"fe-list-decorated\">High-performance heat pumps: they ensure optimum energy efficiency by making the most of available thermal energy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A containerized, ready-to-use solution<\/h3>\n\n<p>Thanks to this circular architecture, the unit manages to recycle almost all the energy used, thus drastically reducing the carbon footprint of the treatment process.<\/p>\n\n<p>Another major advantage is that our unit is fully containerized. This means that it is delivered ready for use, without requiring any specific building or infrastructure at the customer&#8217;s site. This modularity offers numerous advantages:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list fe-list-decorated\">\n<li class=\"fe-list-decorated \">Quick installation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"fe-list-decorated \">Reduced civil engineering costs,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"fe-list-decorated \">Flexible deployment on different sites or operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A concrete response to the challenges of the circular economy<\/h3>\n\n<p>By concentrating the agronomic value of digestate while generating clean water, our technology closes the loop on organic effluent recovery.
